Have you visited the 7-Eleven convenience store in WK campus yet? For me, it is more accessible to the snacks!!!
Have you also noticed 7-Eleven changed their slogan?

Because of this new slogan, this made me think of the meaning and memory subsystem.
In addition, I’ll also quote the news distributed in last week, “7-Eleven Hot Shot” to this reflection.

Prevailing Information:
The culture of “Street-side Snack” (街頭小食) and “Cha Chan Teng” (茶餐廳) is strong in Hong Kong.

If you were the top-management of 7-Eleven, what strategies would you like to take to capture this market share?

Through the purposeful activity, i.e. the marketing research, “Hot Shot” was selected as the name.

Regarding the learning subsystem:
Environment Interface - “Collective memory” is one of the trends
Action/ Reflection – Recruit more delicious food
Dissemination and Diffusion – Through internal communication, the “Hot Shot” message was spread to every employees
Meaning and Memory – “Hot Shot” and the new environment

  2. Unfortunately, the 7-Eleven convenience store in WK campus doesn’t have “Hot Shot”. >< Since many students want to have snacks for their lunch or tea, if 7-11 can consider this, I think it can gain more profit.
